Glass casting may not be a huge industry but it is still an exciting one. Just to show you how cool it is, here a some pictures, while we explain....
For the sake of showing you just how acturate the detail can be, we used a penny.
You start out with finding the object you want to cast in glass. Once you have your item, you FROGScan™ it. Once scanned, you would send it to the FROGWare™ software for review.
You can then take the FROGMill™ and carve the negative of the object into SOLID graphite. Since you carved the negative into solid graphite, you can use it as your mold for pouring the hot glass.
